What are minimum order quantities?

The product lineup is aggressively priced. To meet and deliver the quoted prices, a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces is required.
 

What are standard lead times?

12-16 weeks for standard catlog orders from receipt of purchase order and deposit, if applicable.
 

Are all of the fixtures ADA compliant?

Not all meet ADA requirement. Please look closely at the cut sheets. 
 

What is the warranty?

Ludo Lamp will stand behind and warrant our product 100% in the case of defects in product quality. However, there are often extenuating circumstances and conditions that will lead to the following exceptions:

-This warranty lasts for a period of One Year from the date of invoice. This is considered the warranty period. This warranty is not transferable and will terminate if the product is sold or transferred.

-If within the warranty period your product should display defects in the overall performance or appearance, Ludo Lamp will, at our option, repair or replace the merchandise to the original specification.

-This warranty is void if damage is a result of freight, or a failure caused by unreasonable or abusive acts, improper care and/or cleaning, normal wear, fading or stretching of fabrics and vinyl, and acts of God.
 

Can pieces be modified from the displayed specification?

Yes. However, the pricing and lead time will increase accordingly. Please contact the factory for further details.
 

Do you have custom finishes?

Yes. However, the pricing and lead time will increase accordingly. Please contact the factory for further details.
 

Can I get a sample or prototype before you make my entire order?

Yes. However, pricing will be significantly higher as we might choose to produce the fixture at our Los Angeles, CA, factory. Please contact the factory for further details.
 

Can you supply freight logistics?

Yes. If you would like for us to arrange your freight and add to your invoice, please advise in your purchase order.
 

Are your products UL approved for international projects?

Yes. We work closely with our UL agents to insure that all our UL Listed products meet their required standards.
